What is SPAN-PTKIN?

The National Academic Achievement Selection of State Islamic Religious Universities (SPAN-PTKIN) is an entrance selection for state Islamic religious universities (PTKIN) based on students' academic achievement. This selection was organized by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

Purpose

The objectives of SPAN-PTKIN are to:

Provide opportunities for students who graduated from SMA/SMK/MA/equivalent who have superior academic achievements to pursue higher education at PTKIN.
Provide opportunities for PTKIN to get prospective new students who have high academic achievements.

Requirement

Students who are eligible to take SPAN-PTKIN are students who meet the following requirements:

Have a National Student Identification Number (NISN).
Have superior achievements, both academic and non-academic.
Have a track record of academic achievement in the School and Student Database (PDSS).
